Incorporated into the boot’s frontal outer structure and working together with Alpinestars’ unique and patented internal dual torsion bar ankle protection, the Frontal Flex Frame is designed to “float” freely between the upper and lower boot, acting as a shock absorber by distributing energy through the boot chassis while controlling forward and rearward flexion, progressively releasing the force that cushions and absorbs impact energies.
