This area is further reinforced with a metal shank and reinforced in the toe area for increased impact and abrasion resistance.
• Equipped with a double pivot medial and lateral system to enhance flexibility levels and precision control.
• Specific design on the medial side wall to improve feel, support and bike grip, while increasing boot protection and durability.
• The new contoured TPU calf guard offers effective impact resistance.
• The main flex of the boot is supported around the medial and lateral ankle through a low profile pivot system for greater freedom of movement and rider comfort.
• The front flex area incorporates new and innovative cushioning inserts in the front gusset area for progressive support.
• The cushioning padding is also strategically placed on the ankles and the shin plate for increased impact absorption.
• The new strap support design offers maximum rotation and functionality, while reducing excessive rotation.
• The sole is made with an innovative wear limit indicator embedded in the footpeg area. This layer shows a red layer that alerts the rider when the sole is worn and needs to be replaced.
• The boot structure beneath the wear limit indicator is surrounded by a Kevlar® layer that preserves the structure and integrity of the boot while protecting it.
• Extensive TPU protection on toes, foot, heel, ankle, calf and shin, with high durability compounds in the toe and heel to reinforce impact resistance.
• Contoured TPU protectors for the shin and ankle that offer superior levels of impact and abrasion resistance.
