Alpinestars Bns Tech 2 Black Grey

Collar Alpinestars Bns Tech 2 Black Grey

The Bionic Neck Support Tech 2 is constructed from an advanced high-performance carbon polymer compound and is designed to help prevent injuries in an accident situation by dissipating and diverting impact forces away from the neck and spine. Ref. 6500019105

With Alpinestars’ exclusive and revolutionary Progressive Force Relief (PFR) rear stabilizer, the BNS Tech 2 is designed for use in motocross and off-road riding, offering a highly personalized and stable fit, while incorporating innovative features such as a new quick release locking system.

Neck protector Alpinestars Bionic Tech 2 for the most demanding riders, a lightweight high-performance neck brace.

Specifications:

  • Ultralight design: delivers performance and comfort while riding to reduce fatigue.
  • Optimized weight: reduces load without compromising strength or stiffness, for safe and stable use.
  • Thermal resistance: maintains performance at low temperatures, below 0 °C.
  • Adaptable padding: laminated Lycra® foam kits and interchangeable EVA foam pads facilitate compatibility with body protection systems.
  • Lightweight strap system: can be worn over or under the jersey to suit different gear configurations.
  • Quick-release buckle: enables fast and efficient fitting and removal, with a secure and practical closure.
  • Compressed EVA foam: distributes impact force over the largest possible area without adding unnecessary weight.
  • Category 2 PPE - CE certified in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/425.
  • Structural integrity and chassis strength against high impact energies during an accident.
  • Designed to provide a customizable, safe, and tailored fit with the SAS (Size Adapter System) for versatile adaptation in XS–M and L–XL size ranges.
  • Incorporates a bio-organic engineering design for superior ergonomics: the rear stabilizer promotes PFR (Progressive Force Relief) and dissipates energy loads by transmitting them through the back and shoulders and away from the spine (thoracic vertebrae); it is connected to the chassis via a pivoting piece.
  • The chassis construction promotes better contact with the helmet during impact, including a rear support edge that sits closer to the body, added width to accommodate different helmet sizes, and a raised chest to reduce hyperflexion.
